  • "You," "Your": Refers to the user or customer accessing our website or using our services.

  • "Services": Refers to all the services offered by Gol Soccer Complex, including soccer field rentals, academy youth programs, league tournaments, and event spaces.

Use of Services

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a booking or registering for our services.

  • You agree to use our facilities and services in a manner that does not cause harm or inconvenience to other users, staff, or property.

Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

  • We accept payments via credit card and other specified methods on our website.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking time to receive a full refund.

  • No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking.

Code of Conduct

  • Users must follow all posted rules and guidelines while using our facilities.

  • Unsportsmanlike behavior, including but not limited to fighting, abusive language, and destruction of property, is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the premises without a refund.

  • Users are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for any lost or stolen items.

Liability

  • We are not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur while using our facilities or participating in our programs.

  • Users participate in activities at their own risk and are encouraged to have appropriate insurance coverage.

Privacy

  • Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Gol Soccer Complex and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

  • You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without our prior written consent.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.

I. Terms and Conditions of Use 

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Gol Soccer Complex  (owned by Gol Enterprises LLC and Penrose LLC, collectively "the Company") located at 11501 Strathern St. By entering and using our facilities, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms: Your use of the facilities constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, including the Waiver and Release of Liability. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.

2. Waiver and Release of Liability:

  • Mandatory Requirement: All users of the facilities, including players, coaches, spectators, and other visitors, must execute a Waiver and Release of Liability (the "Waiver") prior to using the facilities or participating in any activities. No person will be allowed to participate without a valid, completed, and signed Waiver on file.

  • Method of Execution: The Waiver must be completed and submitted electronically through the designated Microsoft Forms link https://forms.office.com/r/3Q29TfueXH.

  • Waiver Content and Effect: By entering the facilities, you acknowledge that you have been given the opportunity to review the Waiver, understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to its terms. The Waiver includes, but is not limited to, an assumption of risk, a release of liability, and an indemnification agreement, releasing the Company from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses sustained while using the facilities, regardless of cause, including negligence.   • Failure to Execute Waiver: ANY PERSON WHO FAILS TO EXECUTE AND SUBMIT A VALID WAIVER WILL BE PROHIBITED FROM USING THE FACILITIES AND PARTICIPATING IN ANY ACTIVITIES. THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REMOVE ANY SUCH PERSON FROM THE PREMISES.

  • False Information: Providing false or misleading information on the Waiver may void the Waiver and subject the individual to further action, including being barred from future use of the facilities. The Company is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from reliance on false information provided by a user.

3. Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that participation in soccer and other activities at the facility involves inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to: muscle strains, sprains, fractures, concussions, head injuries, and other serious or even fatal injuries. You voluntarily assume all such risks.

4. Rules and Regulations:

  • All users must comply with all posted rules and regulations of the facility, as well as any verbal instructions given by Company staff.

  • The Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms and Conditions, rules, or regulations, or whose conduct is disruptive or dangerous.

  • Specific rules for soccer games and practices will be provided separately and must be adhered to.

5. Facility Use:

  • The facility is to be used for its intended purpose only – soccer and related activities.

  • No unauthorized equipment or materials may be brought onto the premises.

  • Users are responsible for any damage they cause to the facility or equipment.

  • The Company reserves the right to close or modify the operation of the facility at any time for maintenance, repairs, or other reasons.

6. Personal Property: The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

7. Medical Treatment: In the event of an injury or illness, you authorize the Company to administer first aid and/or seek medical treatment on your behalf. You are responsible for all costs associated with such treatment.

8. Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

9. Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions, together with the Waiver, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the facilities.
